TIMING
New Property Management Effective July 18
The transition to Evergreen Live took effect on Friday, July 18. All resident services, rent payments, and property management activities are now handled through Evergreen. Resident services can be managed through the Evergreen Resident Portal.
RENT
August Rent Paid Through Evergreen
Your August rent payment was the first rent payment made through Evergreen. All payments will be made through Evergreen going forward. Online payments via Evergreen Live’s Resident Portal are the fastest and easiest way to pay. If you have questions regarding your rent or making payments to Evergreen, contact Evergreen’s rent collections team.
MAINTENANCE & RESIDENT SERVICES

Evergreen began managing all resident services on July 18. Submit all service requests through Evergreen. The fastest way to submit a request is through the Evergreen Resident Portal.

Same Lease, New Management
Your lease terms, rent amount, and due dates will remain unchanged. This transition will not affect your rights or responsibilities as a resident. Lease information is available in your Evergreen Resident Portal.
SECURITY DEPOSIT TRANSFER

Management of your security deposit has been transferred to Evergreen Live. Your deposit will remain in place, subject to the terms of your current lease.

TIMING
New Property Management Expected to Take Effect September 17
The transition is expected to take effect September 17. After the effective date, all resident services, rent payments, and property management activities will go through Evergreen Live. You will get reminders about important dates/deadlines between now and then. You will also receive an introductory communication from Evergreen in early September. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in your VineBrook Resident Portal to receive all upcoming communications.
RENT
September Rent Paid Through VineBrook, October Rent Paid Through Evergreen
Nothing changes for your upcoming September rent; however, September rent will be the last payment through VineBrook. Your October rent payment will be made to Evergreen. Make your final rent payment (due September 1) through the VineBrook Resident Portal below.
Online payments via Evergreen Live’s Resident Portal will be the fastest and easiest way to pay. Evergreen will provide detailed instructions in their upcoming communications on how to pay your rent through Evergreen’s portal. If you have questions about paying your rent through Evergreen after the transition, you can contact Evergreen’s rent collections team at the phone number or email address below.
MAINTENANCE & RESIDENT SERVICES
Services Transition to Evergreen After Effective Date (Estimated September 17)
Rest assured that services to your home will not be interrupted during this transition. Use the following guide to submit service requests during the transition period:
Before September 12:
- All requests can be submitted to VineBrook as usual between now and September 12 (no change from current system).
September 12-Effective Date (Expected September 17):
- Only emergency service requests should be submitted to VineBrook during this period.
- Routine requests that arise during this time should be held and submitted to Evergreen after the effective date, expected to be September 17.

After Effective Date (Expected September 17):
- All requests (including routine requests from the prior period and any new emergency requests) can be submitted to Evergreen Live.
- After the effective date, residents can set up an Evergreen resident portal and submit requests there. All services will be managed by Evergreen thereafter.
